This promotional sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is sponsored and administered by Jersey Loco, a company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States (hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsor", "Jersey Loco", "we", "us", or "our").

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

The Promotion consists of two (2) distinct sequential phases:

1. Phase 1 — Spin to Win: Eligible participants interact with a virtual spinning wheel widget (the "Spin to Win Game") displayed as a pop-up on the Jersey Loco website. The wheel determines, via random number generation, which reward the participant receives. Possible rewards include promotional discount codes for the Jersey Loco store and/or one (1) sweepstakes entry (a "Golden Ticket") into the Grand Prize drawing. A Golden Ticket is a digital entry pass — it is not a physical item, has no monetary value, and cannot be sold, transferred, bartered, or exchanged. Promotional discount codes are separate commercial incentives governed by Section 6.3 and are not part of the sweepstakes.
2. Phase 2 — Sweepstakes Drawing: All valid Golden Ticket holders are entered into a random drawing (the "Sweepstakes Drawing") for the chance to win two (2) tickets to attend a 2026 FIFA World Cup™ match (the "Grand Prize").

Not every spin will result in a Golden Ticket. Participants who land on a promotional discount reward will receive that discount but will not automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes Drawing (unless they also separately obtain a Golden Ticket via the Alternative Method of Entry described in Section 5.2). Receipt of a Golden Ticket does not guarantee winning the Grand Prize. This Promotion is a game of chance; no element of skill is involved in determining any outcome at any phase. All decisions of the Sponsor regarding this Promotion are final and binding in all respects.

The Promotion is open to individuals worldwide who meet all of the following criteria at the time of entry:

1. Are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater.
2. Have a valid, functioning email address, a valid telephone number, and access to the internet.
3. Are capable of lawfully participating in promotional sweepstakes under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence. It is the participant's sole responsibility to determine whether participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.
4. Are not employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, or representatives of Jersey Loco or any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, prize suppliers, web hosting providers, or technology partners, nor members of the immediate family (defined as spouse, domestic partner, parents, stepparents, siblings, stepsiblings, children, stepchildren, and each of their respective spouses or domestic partners, regardless of where they reside) or household (whether related or not) of any such individual.

Participation constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Terms and Conditions (collectively, the "Rules"), and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request satisfactory proof of eligibility as a condition of prize award. Failure to provide proof upon request, or any finding of ineligibility, will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.

The Promotion begins on March 4, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on May 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) (the "Entry Period"). The Sponsor's server clock shall be the official timekeeper for all matters relating to this Promotion. Any entries received before the start or after the close of the Entry Period are void and will not be considered. Late entries will not be accepted for any reason, regardless of the cause of delay.

During the Entry Period, visit the Jersey Loco website. A pop-up window displaying the Spin to Win Game will appear. Participation involves two steps:

Step 1 — Spin the Wheel:

1. Provide a valid email address in the entry form displayed alongside the wheel.
2. Read and affirmatively accept these Rules and our Privacy Policy by checking the required checkbox(es). Checking this box constitutes your electronic signature and legally binding acceptance.
3. Click the designated "Spin" button to activate the wheel.
4. The wheel will spin and land on a randomly determined segment indicating which reward you have won (see Section 6.1 for all possible outcomes).

Step 2 — Claim Your Reward:

5. After the wheel lands, you will be prompted to provide a valid telephone number (including international dialing code, if applicable) in order to complete the entry and receive your reward.
6. If you landed on a Golden Ticket, your telephone number is required for winner notification and verification purposes as described in Section 9. Your sweepstakes entry will be registered upon completion of this step.
7. If you landed on a promotional discount or promo code, your telephone number is required for delivery and redemption verification of your reward. The promotional code will be sent to your email address and/or displayed on screen upon completion.

To enter the Sweepstakes Drawing without using the website, without spinning the wheel, and without providing any personal data online, clearly hand-print the following on a 3″ × 5″ card: your full legal name, complete mailing address, email address (optional for mail-in entries, but recommended for notification purposes), telephone number (optional for mail-in entries, but recommended), and date of birth. Include the handwritten statement: "I have read and agree to the Official Rules of the Jersey Loco Spin to Win Sweepstakes." Mail the card in a properly stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than May 31, 2026 and received no later than June 8, 2026. Each valid mail-in entry will be automatically assigned one (1) Golden Ticket, equivalent in all respects to a Golden Ticket won via the Spin to Win Game. Mail-in entrants are entered directly into the Sweepstakes Drawing; they do not spin the wheel and are not eligible for promotional discount or promo code rewards. Limit: one (1) mail-in entry per person. Mail-in entries and online entries are treated equally in the Sweepstakes Drawing; no method of entry provides a greater chance of winning the Grand Prize.

Each individual is permitted a strict maximum of one (1) spin attempt during the entire Entry Period, regardless of the method of entry. This limit is enforced through a combination of email address, telephone number, IP address, device fingerprint, and/or browser cookie verification. An individual who completes Step 1 (email and spin) but does not complete Step 2 (telephone number) has used their one spin attempt; failure to complete Step 2 does not entitle the participant to an additional spin. The Sponsor's determination of whether an entry is a duplicate shall be final and conclusive.

The Spin to Win Game is a virtual wheel containing multiple segments. The outcome of each spin is determined by a random number generator (RNG) algorithm operating on the Sponsor's server at the moment the "Spin" button is pressed. The visual animation of the spinning wheel is for entertainment and illustrative purposes only and has no bearing on, and does not influence, the outcome. The result is determined entirely by the server-side RNG before the animation begins.

Each spin will result in exactly one of the following outcomes:

1. "Golden Ticket" — The participant receives one (1) valid entry into the Sweepstakes Drawing described in Section 7. This is the only outcome that enters the participant into the Grand Prize drawing. This outcome is displayed on the wheel as “WC Prize Entry”
2. "$5 Off" — The participant receives a single-use promotional discount code for $5.00 USD off their next order on the Jersey Loco store, subject to the Promotional Reward Terms in Section 6.3.
3. "$10 Off" — The participant receives a single-use promotional discount code for $10.00 USD off their next order on the Jersey Loco store, subject to the Promotional Reward Terms in Section 6.3.
4. "$15 Off" — The participant receives a single-use promotional discount code for $15.00 USD off their next order on the Jersey Loco store, subject to the Promotional Reward Terms in Section 6.3.
5. "Free Jersey" — The participant receives a single-use promotional promo code redeemable for one (1) complimentary jersey (up to $59.99 USD retail value) on their next purchase from the Jersey Loco store, subject to the Promotional Reward Terms in Section 6.3.

Each participant will receive exactly one reward per spin. Rewards cannot be combined, exchanged for a different reward, or exchanged for cash. Landing on a promotional discount or promo code does not enter the participant into the Sweepstakes Drawing.

The odds of landing on each segment depend on the configuration of the wheel, which is determined by the Sponsor prior to the start of the Entry Period. The total number of Golden Tickets that may be distributed during the Entry Period is capped. The Sponsor reserves the right to adjust the distribution rate of any reward during the Entry Period to manage inventory and entry volume, provided the adjustment does not reduce any individual participant's odds below what was displayed at the time of their spin. The approximate odds of each outcome will be made available upon written request to [email protected].

The following terms apply to all promotional discount codes and promo codes awarded through the Spin to Win Game (the "$5 Off," "$10 Off," "$15 Off," and "Free Jersey" rewards). These rewards are commercial incentives only and are separate from the sweepstakes:

1. Expiration: All promotional codes expire on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Expired codes cannot be redeemed, extended, or reinstated for any reason.
2. Single use: Each promotional code may be used one (1) time only. Once redeemed, the code is void.
3. Non-transferable: Promotional codes are issued to the participant who won them and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, auctioned, or shared with any other person.
4. Not combinable: Promotional codes cannot be combined with other promotional codes, discount codes, coupons, loyalty rewards, or any other offer, unless expressly stated otherwise by the Sponsor at the time of purchase.
5. Minimum order value: Discount codes ($5, $10, $15 Off) require a minimum order total that exceeds the discount value (e.g., the $5 Off code requires a minimum order of $5.01 or more, before shipping and taxes). Discount codes cannot reduce an order total below $0.00. If the order total is less than the discount value, the remaining balance is forfeited and cannot be applied to future orders.
6. Free Jersey promo code: The "Free Jersey" code is redeemable for one (1) single jersey from the Jersey Loco store with a retail price of up to $59.99 USD. If the participant selects a jersey with a retail price exceeding $59.99 USD, the code will be applied as a $59.99 USD credit toward the purchase, and the participant is responsible for the remaining balance. The code covers the retail price only; shipping fees, taxes, duties, and any customization or personalization fees (e.g., name/number printing) are the participant's sole responsibility and are not covered by the code. The Sponsor reserves the right to designate which jerseys are eligible for this promotion; any restrictions will be clearly noted on the product page at the time of redemption. The code is valid for exactly one (1) jersey — it cannot be split across multiple items or multiple orders.
7. Delivery: Promotional codes will be delivered to the email address provided by the participant during Step 1 and/or displayed on screen upon completion of Step 2. It is the participant's sole responsibility to provide a valid, accurate email address that they have access to and actively monitor. The Sponsor is not responsible for promotional codes that are not received due to an invalid email address, full inbox, spam/junk filtering, email provider issues, typos, or any other reason attributable to the participant. Promotional codes will not be re-sent or re-issued if the participant provided an incorrect or inaccessible email address. Participants are encouraged to screenshot or save their promotional code at the time it is displayed on screen.
8. No cash value: Promotional codes have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be returned for a refund or credit.
9. Subject to availability: All promotional rewards are subject to product and inventory availability. The Sponsor is not responsible for out-of-stock items.
10. Valid only at: Promotional codes are redeemable only on the official Jersey Loco online store. They are not valid at any third-party retailer, marketplace, or physical location, unless expressly stated.
11. Sponsor's discretion: The Sponsor reserves the right to void any promotional code that it reasonably believes was obtained fraudulently, in violation of these Rules, or through exploitation of any technical error or glitch.

The Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, garbled, corrupted, illegible, or unintelligible entries, or for any electronic, hardware, software, network, internet, computer, telephone, satellite, or technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties, or delays of any kind. If, for any reason, the Spin to Win Game cannot function as planned, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion or the Spin to Win Game, in whole or in part.

Upon winning a Golden Ticket and completing Step 2 (providing a valid telephone number), the participant will receive a confirmation email to the address provided in Step 1 containing a unique Golden Ticket reference number. It is the participant's sole responsibility to: (a) ensure the email address provided is correct and actively monitored; (b) check spam/junk folders; and (c) retain the confirmation. The Sponsor is not responsible for emails filtered, blocked, bounced, delayed, or not received for any reason. If a participant does not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of completing Step 2, they should contact [email protected] to verify their entry status.

The Sweepstakes Drawing will be conducted on June 1, 2026. One (1) winner will be selected at random from among all valid Golden Ticket entries received during the Entry Period using a certified random selection method. The drawing will be conducted at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of valid Golden Ticket entries received during the Entry Period. For example, if 10,000 Golden Tickets are issued, the odds of any single Golden Ticket winning the Grand Prize are 1 in 10,000. The Sponsor cannot predict or guarantee the total number of entries.

In addition to the primary winner, the Sponsor will select up to five (5) alternate winners in sequential order at the time of the drawing. Alternate winners will be contacted only in the event that a higher-ranked winner is disqualified, declines the prize, fails to respond within the required time, or fails to return completed documentation. If all alternates are exhausted, the prize will not be awarded and will remain the property of the Sponsor.

The Grand Prize consists of:

1. Two (2) tickets to attend one (1) 2026 FIFA World Cup™ match.
2. The specific match, date, venue, and seating category will be determined and revealed by the Sponsor on June 1, 2026. The winner acknowledges and agrees that they shall have no right to select, request, or reject a particular match, date, venue, team, round, or seating category. The Sponsor's match assignment is final.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000.00 USD. Actual value may vary depending on match assignment, seat category, and market conditions at the time of fulfillment. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded in any form.

Unless explicitly stated in Section 8.1, the Grand Prize does not include, and the Sponsor shall have no obligation to provide:

1. Transportation or airfare of any kind (domestic or international).
2. Hotel, lodging, or accommodation of any kind.
3. Meals, beverages, hospitality, or entertainment beyond the match itself.
4. Travel insurance, health insurance, or any form of insurance coverage.
5. Passport fees, visa fees, visa application assistance, or immigration-related costs.
6. Ground transportation to, from, or around the match venue.
7. Parking, tolls, or fuel costs.
8. Personal spending money, souvenirs, or incidentals.
9. COVID-19 or other health-related testing, vaccination, or compliance costs.
10. Any other cost, expense, or item not expressly listed in Section 8.1.

The winner is solely and exclusively responsible for all costs and expenses associated with claiming, traveling to, attending, and returning from the prize event.

The Grand Prize is: (a) non-transferable; (b) non-assignable; (c) non-exchangeable; (d) not redeemable for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation; and (e) awarded "as is." No substitution of the prize is permitted by the winner. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize with a prize of equal or greater approximate retail value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to match cancellation, ticket supply issues, FIFA policy changes, or Force Majeure Events (defined in Section 21). The prize is subject to availability and to all terms, conditions, and restrictions imposed by the ticket issuer, venue operator, FIFA, and/or applicable law.

The potential winner will be notified via telephone call to the number provided at entry, followed by a confirmation email to the address provided at entry. Both notification methods will be attempted. The Sponsor will make at least two (2) telephone call attempts and send at least one (1) email. The timestamp of the first successful contact (whether by phone answer or email delivery confirmation) shall constitute the official notification time for purposes of calculating the response deadline.

The potential winner must affirmatively respond to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours of the official notification time (as defined in 9.1). "Affirmative response" means the winner must verbally or in writing (email) confirm their intent to accept the prize and their willingness to complete all required documentation. Time zones shall not extend this deadline.

If the potential winner: (a) fails to respond within 72 hours; (b) cannot be reached after reasonable efforts; (c) declines the prize; (d) is found to be ineligible; or (e) fails to complete and return all required documentation within the timeframes specified in Section 10, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. The Sponsor will then contact the next alternate winner in sequence, subject to the same notification and response procedures. The Sponsor shall have no further obligation to any forfeiting or disqualified winner.

As a condition of receiving the Grand Prize, the winner will be required to complete, sign (and where indicated, notarize), and return the following documents within seven (7) calendar days of the notification date:

1. Affidavit of Eligibility: A sworn statement confirming compliance with all eligibility requirements of these Rules.
2. Liability Release: A release holding Jersey Loco and all Released Parties (as defined in Section 17) harmless from any and all claims, actions, demands, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to the Promotion, the prize, or the winner's travel to, attendance at, and return from the match event.
3. Publicity Release: Granting the Sponsor the right to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, city/state/country of residence, and biographical information for promotional purposes. Except where prohibited by law (including but not limited to the state of Tennessee), this release is mandatory.
4. Travel Waiver: Acknowledging and accepting all risks associated with travel to, attendance at, and return from the match event, including but not limited to risks of illness, injury, death, property damage, delay, cancellation, or any other loss.
5. Proof of Identity and Age: A legible copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (passport, driver's license, or national ID card).
6. Tax Documentation: A completed IRS Form W-9 (for U.S. residents) or IRS Form W-8BEN (for non-U.S. residents), or equivalent tax documentation as required by the winner's jurisdiction of residence.

Failure to return any required document within seven (7) calendar days, or submission of incomplete, inaccurate, or unsigned documents, will result in automatic disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

The Grand Prize includes two (2) tickets. The winner may bring one (1) guest of their choosing (the "Guest"), subject to the following conditions:

1. The Guest must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. The Guest must complete and sign a Guest Liability Release and Travel Waiver substantially similar to the releases required of the winner, holding Jersey Loco and all Released Parties harmless from any and all liability. This signed release must be returned to the Sponsor no later than fourteen (14) calendar days before the match date.
3. The Guest must provide proof of identity and age (government-issued photo ID).
4. The winner is solely responsible for all costs and arrangements associated with the Guest's attendance, including but not limited to travel, lodging, and incidentals.
5. The winner assumes full responsibility for the Guest's conduct at the event. Any violation of venue rules, FIFA regulations, or local law by the Guest may result in consequences to the winner, including but not limited to ejection and forfeiture of both tickets.
6. If the Guest fails to provide the required documentation, the second ticket will not be issued, and the winner will attend with only one (1) ticket. No substitution, refund, or compensation will be provided for the unused ticket.

By accepting the Grand Prize, the winner agrees to:

1. Comply with all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws, regulations, ordinances, and the terms and conditions of the ticket issuer, venue operator, and FIFA.
2. Obtain at their own expense any passport, visa, travel authorization (e.g., ESTA, eTA), vaccination, or other documentation required to travel to and attend the match. The Sponsor provides no assistance with immigration or travel documentation and makes no representation that the winner will be granted entry to any country.
3. Assume all risk related to travel to, attendance at, and return from the event, including but not limited to illness, injury, death, property damage or loss, delay, cancellation, civil unrest, extreme weather, terrorism, or pandemic-related restrictions.
4. Abide by any code of conduct, health protocols, safety requirements, or fan behavior policies mandated by FIFA, the venue, local authorities, or the Sponsor.
5. Acknowledge that the Sponsor has no control over the scheduling, venue, format, or conduct of the 2026 FIFA World Cup™ and cannot guarantee that the event, or the specific match assigned, will take place as planned or at all.
6. Accept that the specific match, date, teams, venue, and seating are determined solely by the Sponsor and that the winner has no right to select, reject, or exchange the assigned match for any reason, including but not limited to preference for a particular team, stage of the tournament, venue location, or date.

If the assigned match is cancelled, postponed, or relocated for any reason, the Sponsor's sole obligation will be to provide the match ticket(s) for the rescheduled match (if applicable) or, at the Sponsor's sole discretion, substitute a prize of comparable value. The Sponsor will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or related costs incurred by the winner or Guest, including non-refundable flights, hotel bookings, visa fees, time off work, or any other expense.

The winner is solely and exclusively responsible for all applicable taxes associated with the receipt and use of the Grand Prize, including but not limited to: federal income taxes, state and local income taxes, foreign income taxes, withholding taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), gift taxes, and any other taxes, fees, levies, or governmental charges imposed by any jurisdiction worldwide.

For U.S. residents: The Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the fair market value of the prize if the value exceeds $600.00 USD. The winner will be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number on the IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded.

For non-U.S. residents: Federal tax withholding of up to thirty percent (30%) of the prize's fair market value may apply under U.S. tax law for non-resident aliens. The winner must complete IRS Form W-8BEN. Additional tax obligations may exist in the winner's country of residence; it is the winner's sole responsibility to determine and satisfy all such obligations.

The Sponsor makes no representations or warranties regarding the tax treatment of the prize and strongly advises the winner to consult a qualified tax professional.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes the winner's consent for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, video, biographical information, statements, testimonials, city and state/country of residence, and prize information for advertising, promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, review, approval, or permission.

The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity activities, such as a photograph, video testimonial, social media post, or written statement. Such participation is encouraged but, in jurisdictions where publicity releases cannot be made mandatory (e.g., Tennessee), will not be a condition of receiving the prize.

By entering the Promotion, each participant acknowledges that the Sponsor will collect, store, and process certain personal data in the following manner:

1. Step 1 (Pre-Spin): Email address, IP address, browser and device information, approximate geolocation data (country/region), and timestamp.
2. Step 2 (Post-Spin): Telephone number (including international dialing code, if applicable).
3. Mail-in entries: Full legal name, mailing address, email address (if provided), telephone number (if provided), and date of birth.
4. Winner verification: Additional information as required by Sections 10 and 13, including government-issued ID and tax documentation.

Personal data will be used for: (a) administering the Promotion, including entry processing, eligibility verification, duplicate detection, winner selection, and prize fulfillment; (b) delivering promotional rewards (discount codes, promo codes) earned through the Spin to Win Game; (c) complying with applicable legal, regulatory, and tax obligations; and (d) marketing and promotional communications, only if the participant has provided separate, explicit, affirmative opt-in consent. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect eligibility or reward delivery.

The Sponsor implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and the Sponsor cannot guarantee absolute security.

Personal data of non-winning participants will be retained for no longer than six (6) months after the conclusion of the Promotion, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Winner and alternate winner data will be retained as required by tax and legal obligations, but no longer than seven (7) years.

Personal data collected from participants outside the United States will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of the participant's country of residence. By entering the Promotion, international participants consent to this transfer. Where required by law (e.g., GDPR), the Sponsor will implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, object to processing of, or port your personal data. To exercise any such right, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (e.g., 30 days under GDPR, 45 days under CCPA).

If you reside in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, the Sponsor processes your data on the legal basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. The Sponsor does not sell or share your personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

If this Promotion is advertised on or shared via social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn), participants acknowledge that: (a) the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any such platform; (b) participants are providing information to the Sponsor, not to the platform; and (c) each participant releases and holds harmless all such platforms from any liability related to this Promotion.

All content, materials, designs, software, code, and trademarks associated with the Spin to Win Game, the Jersey Loco website, and this Promotion are the exclusive property of the Sponsor or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws worldwide. Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of any Promotion materials without prior written consent from the Sponsor.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JERSEY LOCO, ITS PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, PARTNERS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, TECHNOLOGY PROVIDERS, AND PRIZE SUPPLIERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASED PARTIES") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

1. Any injury, illness, loss, damage, cost, or expense of any kind (including, without limitation, property damage, personal injury, emotional distress, or death) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Promotion, the Spin to Win Game, the Sweepstakes Drawing, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize, or travel to, from, or during any prize-related activity.
2. Any technical failures, including but not limited to: malfunctions of computer hardware, software, servers, networks, telephone lines, satellite transmissions, internet service providers, mobile carriers, or any combination thereof; data corruption or loss; unauthorized access or hacking.
3. Any unauthorized human or non-human intervention in any part of the Promotion.
4. Any typographical, printing, electronic, or human errors in the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of winners, or these Rules.
5. Late, lost, stolen, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or undelivered entries, notifications, or communications of any kind, regardless of cause.
6. Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, or loss of anticipated travel benefits, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability, even if the Released Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Any act or omission of FIFA, any venue operator, any ticketing platform, any airline, any hotel, any government authority, or any other third party.
8. The inability of the winner or Guest to attend the match for any reason, including but not limited to visa denial, travel restrictions, illness, personal emergency, scheduling conflicts, or any other circumstance.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO ANY PARTICIPANT OR WINNER EXCEED THE APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF THE GRAND PRIZE AS DETERMINED BY THE SPONSOR AT THE TIME OF THE DRAWING. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, THE RELEASED PARTIES' LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

By entering the Promotion, each participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, demands, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to: (a) the participant's entry or participation in the Promotion; (b) the participant's acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize; (c) any breach of these Rules by the participant; (d) any violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right (including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights) by the participant; (e) the conduct of the participant's Guest at the event; or (f) any misrepresentation made by the participant in connection with the Promotion.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of the Promotion and the participant's participation therein.

THE PROMOTION, THE SPIN TO WIN GAME, AND THE GRAND PRIZE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Sponsor makes no representation or warranty that:

1. The Spin to Win Game or website will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components.
2. The 2026 FIFA World Cup™ will take place as currently scheduled, at the currently announced venues, or at all.
3. The assigned match will feature any particular team, occur at any particular venue, or take place on any particular date.
4. The match tickets will provide any specific seating, sightline, amenity, or experience.
5. The winner or Guest will be able to use the match tickets for any reason, including inability to obtain travel documentation, visa denial, illness, travel restrictions, or personal circumstances.
6. Any information provided on the Jersey Loco website or in connection with this Promotion is accurate, complete, or current.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Promotion, these Rules, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate (collectively, "Disputes"), shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The arbitration shall be conducted in Wilmington, Delaware, before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having competent jurisdiction.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. EACH PARTICIPANT WAIVES THE RIGHT TO: (A) PARTICIPATE IN, BRING, OR BE A MEMBER OF ANY CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION; (B) ACT AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS MEMBER; AND (C) A TRIAL BY JURY. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE THE CLAIMS OF MORE THAN ONE PARTICIPANT AND MAY NOT PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court in New Castle County, Delaware, provided the claim falls within the court's jurisdictional limits and remains on an individual, non-class basis.

Any claim arising under or related to this Promotion must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, regardless of any statute of limitations to the contrary. Any claim not filed within this period shall be permanently and irrevocably barred.

International participants acknowledge that by entering this Promotion, they consent to the arbitration provisions set forth in this Section 20 and to the jurisdiction of the State of Delaware for purposes of any disputes. To the extent any mandatory consumer protection law of the participant's jurisdiction of residence cannot be waived by contract, such law shall apply only to the minimum extent required, and all other provisions of this Section shall remain in full force and effect.

The Sponsor shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Rules where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, wildfires, pandemics, epidemics, public health emergencies, war, armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, insurrection, government actions, sanctions, embargoes, trade restrictions, regulatory changes, strikes, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or the cancellation, postponement, relocation, or material modification of the 2026 FIFA World Cup™ or any match thereof (each, a "Force Majeure Event").

In the event of a Force Majeure Event, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion: (a) suspend the Promotion; (b) extend the Entry Period; (c) modify the Promotion; (d) cancel the Promotion in whole or in part; or (e) substitute the Grand Prize with a prize of comparable or greater value. The Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to notify participants of any material changes via the website.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, amend, extend, or suspend the Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: fraud, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, infection by computer virus, Force Majeure Events, legal or regulatory changes, insufficient participation, or any other factor that, in the Sponsor's sole judgment, impairs the integrity, security, fairness, or proper functioning of the Promotion.

If the Promotion is terminated before the scheduled drawing date, the Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select a winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to termination, or may elect not to award the prize at all. The Sponsor shall have no obligation to award the prize if the Promotion is cancelled.

Any material modifications to these Rules will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued participation after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Rules. The Sponsor is not obligated to individually notify participants of modifications.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who:

1. Tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the Spin to Win Game, the website, or any other aspect of the Promotion.
2. Violates these Rules or any applicable law.
3. Submits or attempts to submit more than one entry by any means.
4. Uses any automated, mechanical, programmatic, or fraudulent method to enter.
5. Acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other participant or the Sponsor.
6. Attempts to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the RNG, website, or any technical component of the Promotion.
7. Provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the Promotion.

Disqualification is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and is final. The Sponsor reserves the right to pursue all available legal and equitable remedies, including injunctive relief and monetary damages, against any individual who engages in fraudulent or unlawful conduct in connection with this Promotion.

If any provision of these Rules is found to be invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or an arbitrator, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the parties' original intent.

The failure of the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the Sponsor's right to enforce it at a later time. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a waiver of any other provision or of the same provision on a subsequent occasion.

These Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. To the extent any legal proceedings are not subject to arbitration under Section 20, such proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and each participant irrevocably consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waives any objection based on inconvenient forum or lack of jurisdiction.

For international participants: Nothing in these Rules shall deprive a participant of the protection of mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence that cannot be derogated from by contract, to the extent required by applicable law.

These Rules constitute the entire agreement between each participant and the Sponsor with respect to the Promotion and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, and agreements, whether oral or written. No participant shall have any claim against the Sponsor based on any statement, representation, or promise not expressly contained in these Rules.

Each participant acknowledges that they are entering the Promotion voluntarily, at their own risk, and without reliance on any representation or assurance by the Sponsor beyond what is expressly stated in these Rules. No participant shall have any claim for detrimental reliance, promissory estoppel, or expectation damages based on the existence, continuation, or terms of this Promotion.
